Dan Winter has been part of the Montesano School District family since 2011 and serves as District Superintendent. With an M.Ed. from Heritage College, a B.A. from Eastern Washington University, and administrative certifications from Seattle Pacific University and the University of Idaho, he is driven by a strong commitment to success for all students. Outside of work, you'll usually find him playing golf, reading, or spending quality time with his family.

Stephanie Klinger has been part of the Montesano School District family since 2001 and serves as the Director of Teaching & Learning and Human Resources. Holding a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education alongside Master’s degrees in both Curriculum & Instruction and Educational Leadership, she is driven by a goal to ensure everyone in the district feels a true sense of belonging, is known by name, and engages in experiences that foster growth and pride. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her spending time with family and friends, cooking, gardening, puzzling, or enjoying a good book.

Shawn Brown has been part of the Montesano School District family since 2011 and serves as Director of Special Services. With a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and certification in Education Program Administration, he's most driven by a single goal: removing the barriers that stand between our most vulnerable students and the education they deserve. Outside of work, you'll usually find him lost in a science fiction novel or chasing big questions about philosophy and faith.
