Report an absence

Three ways to let us know.

Pick whichever is easiest. We'd rather hear from you twice than not at all.

1. Call the school

2. Skyward Family Access

Log in and submit through the parent portal

Skyward Family Access is our online grades-and-attendance system. Sign in, open your student's record, and submit an absence note from the attendance area. Goes straight to the school office. The school office wants the note before 9:00 AM (Pacific) on the day of the absence. We just upgraded to the new Skyward this summer — if you don't see an attendance option in your account yet, use the phone or email options instead.

3. Email the school office

Or just send a quick email

Include your student's name, grade, and the reason / date(s) of the absence. The office will acknowledge receipt.
