ASB is how Monte students run their own clubs, activities, dances, and fundraisers — with elected student officers, staff advisors, and real budgets. Because ASB money is public money, every report we're required to post lives on this page.
Every Washington public school with student activities has an Associated Student Body — the student organization behind athletics, clubs, class activities, and school events. Students propose how ASB money gets raised and spent, advisors and the business office keep the books, and the school board approves each ASB's budget every year.
ASB funds pay for the optional parts of school life — the cultural, athletic, recreational, and social side. They don't fund classes or anything graded. Money raised at a fundraiser stays with the students who raised it.

State law requires these to stay posted for at least five years, and we keep them here permanently. Fund balance figures are unaudited and may shift slightly at year-end close.
Where each ASB's money stood at the start of the school year, what came in and went out, and where it ended. Fiscal years run September through August.
Annual reports comparing how many students from low-income families take part in ASB activities and sports versus other students (grades 9–12). Posted each spring.
When the participation data shows a gap larger than 5%, state law requires a written plan for closing it. Those plans live here.
