The Grading view is probably filtered to all years, which shows nothing. Choose Edit filter and switch it to current classes, current year. The video under Check grades and assignments shows exactly where the filter is.
Use Forgot your login or password on the sign-in page; the email goes to the address the school has on file. If nothing arrives, email skywardhelp@monteschools.org or call your school office so they can check which email is on file.
Each child has to be linked to your guardian account. Call the office at the school of the child you cannot see; they can link the student in a few minutes.
In the Skyward Mobile Access app, districts in Washington are listed under the co-op that hosts them. Search for Montesano and pick the entry that begins with WSIPC - Montesano School District. If you had the app before summer 2026, delete the old account inside the app first, then add the WSIPC one.
The district moved to Skyward Qmlativ in August 2026. The web address is new but your username and password are not. Everything you used to do is still there, in tiles instead of menus.
Some Family Access features are turned on by the district as the year goes on. If something you need is missing, email skywardhelp@monteschools.org and tell us what you were trying to do.
Teachers post to the gradebook on different schedules; most assignments appear within a few days of the due date, and every teacher updates at mid-quarter and quarter end. If it has been longer than a week, message the teacher through Skyward.
Family Access signs you out after about five minutes with no activity. That is a security setting Skyward controls and the district cannot change. Sign back in and continue.
Open Family Access in the Chrome browser and use Chrome's translate option; it translates the screens. The mobile app follows your phone's language setting for some screens only.
Official transcripts are not in Family Access. Ask the MJSHS counseling office or registrar, (360) 249-4041.
Each guardian sees the information for their own household. If you are a guardian and have no account, or you are missing a student, call the school office; they can set up your access. Only one guardian needs to complete the Annual Student Information Update.
