New Students
Enrollment
Students enrolling for the 2023-2024 school year may enroll online using the Skyward Family Access system.
Open enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year will begin April 22, 2024. Please DO NOT submit applications for 2024-2025 prior to that date.
To enroll:
Complete the online enrollment application using the Skyward Family Access system. Click here to enroll online.
Provide medically verified immunization records on the Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS) form with a healthcare provider signature. Parents can also print a CIS by signing up with MyIR.
Provide proof of age (see acceptable types of forms/documents under enrollment).
Provide two forms of proof of residency.
Out of District Students
If you reside outside the Montesano School District boundaries, you are required to annually submit a Non Resident Choice Form for each child. This application is available online at https://eds.ospi.k12.wa.us/choicetransferrequest. If your child’s resident (home) district is not listed, you will need to fill out and submit the Non Resident Choice Form directly to the district office to be considered for enrollment.
Families are encouraged to submit the application as soon as possible, however, the district may not approve out of district applications until the start of school in August.
Current Students
Annual Student Information Update
An annual information update must be completed for all students currently enrolled in the Montesano School District. Detailed instructions will be emailed in early August for the upcoming school year. Information must be updated prior to the first day of school.
An annual information update must also be completed for students who enroll after the start of the school year as part of the enrollment process.
