Health Screenings

Health screenings are completed for students preschool thru sixth grade in the Montesano School District.

Dental

Dream Team dental is a mobile preventative program that comes to Beacon and Simpson Elementary Schools. They provide dental screenings, fluoride varnish, sealants, and oral hygiene instruction. Permission slips are sent home with students. Participation is not mandatory.

Hearing

Students are assessed yearly for normal hearing tones in grades PS-7.

Vision

Students are assessed yearly for distance and near vision in grades PS-7.
