There is no school on Monday, March 9. This was a designated weather day on the school district calendar. Since there were not any school closures due to inclement weather, this will be a non-school day.

There is no school on Monday, February 16 in observance of Presidents Day.

Simpson Elementary School will dismiss at 12:10 p.m. on Thursday, February 5 and Friday, February 6 for parent/teacher conferences.

Elementary parent/teacher conferences will be held on November 10, 12, 13, and 14 in person in your child's classroom. Simpson Elementary students will be dismissed at 12:10 p.m. on these days.

Note: There is no school on Tuesday, November 11 in honor of Veterans Day.

There is an early release on Friday, October 31. Simpson Elementary will dismiss at 12:10 p.m.

There is no school on Friday, October 10. It is a teacher training day.

Montesano School District is now accepting referrals for the Highly Capable Program. The program serves students who perform or show potential for performing at significantly advanced academic levels when compared with others of their age, experiences, or environments. You can refer a student by completing the online referral form. Referral forms are also available in the school office. All referrals are due by October 3, 2025.

Students and families are invited to an open house at Simpson Elementary School on Monday, August 25, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Students will be able meet their teachers and see their classrooms in preparation for another school year! Students may bring their school supplies with them to open house. Hope to see you there!
