An annual information update must be completed for all students currently enrolled in the Montesano School District. Information must be updated by Monday, August 18, 2025. If your child will NOT be attending school in Montesano this year, please notify the school office.

To update your student's information, log in to Skyward Family Access and click on "Annual Student Information Update" to follow the steps. You will be able to see your child’s class placement in Skyward under "Schedule" once the information update is complete. Please note that class placement is subject to change based on enrollment needs and class sizes. You will be notified if a change is made.

If you do not have access to a computer, you may access one at Timberland Regional Library or at the Simpson office by appointment. Skyward access is also available via smart phone, but online forms may not display properly via the Skyward app. We recommend accessing Skyward through a web browser if you choose to do the update on a smart phone or mobile device. If you need Skyward assistance, please email simpsonskyward@monteschools.org.  

You may also contact the Simpson Elementary office at (360) 249-4331 when the office opens on August 18, 2025.

The Simpson office is currently closed for summer break. The office will reopen August 18, 2025.

Families should check their emails for back to school information in August. Updates will also be posted on the Simpson website. Any new enrollment applications submitted over the summer will be processed when the office reopens in late August.

Due to inclement weather and road conditions, school is on a 3-hour late start for Thursday, February 6. School will start at 11:20 a.m. Simpson Elementary will still have early dismissal at 12:10 p.m. for conferences. Conferences will take place as scheduled.

We recognize that a late start combined with an early dismissal can be difficult for families. For this reason, any absences will be excused if parents choose to keep their child at home.
