Annual Student Information Update: August 13-18

An annual information update must be completed for all students currently enrolled in the Montesano School District. To update your student's information, log in to Skyward Family Access and click on “Annual Student Information Update”. Information must be updated by August 18, 2025. The link to Skyward Family Access is located on the Montesano School District website at www.monteschools.org. If your child has multiple households and you are unable to view the update on your Skyward account, it is because the update must be completed by the family that is listed first on the student’s Skyward account. 

You will be able to see your child’s class placement in Skyward under "Schedule" once the information update is complete. 

If you do not have access to a computer, you may access one at Timberland Regional Library or at the Beacon office by appointment. Skyward access is also available via smart phone, but online forms may not display properly via the Skyward app. We recommend accessing Skyward through a web browser if you choose to do the update on a smart phone or mobile device. If you need Skyward assistance, please email beaconskyward@monteschools.org.
