My favorite memory was when I was in Drama Club and we were performing a Christmas Carol. During the scene where Scrooge learns that Timmy Cratchit dies, we were supposed to be serious. However, most of us couldn't keep it together on stage and ended up having to put our heads down to make it look like we were crying when we were actually laughing really hard.

I am looking forward to attending college in the Fall studying Physics and Computer Science. I am currently looking at schools and need to decide what school I will attend. I have many wonderful memories at MHS but my favorite are in Soccer, Drama, Knowledge Bowl, and Math Team. I have fond memories of the older students in Drama mentoring all of us younger kids and Mrs Hornback and the crazy fun that comes with doing shows. I would like to thank these coaches and teachers that have mentored and have helped make me who I am today…Coaches Denholm, Reynolds and Royer, teachers Rowekamp, Raines, Bates, Diaz and the incredibly patient Mrs. Hornback. Thank you for all you do for the students at MHS.

After graduation, I will be attending Willamette University to study political science. For me, high school doesn't have one particular moment that stands out above the rest. Instead, high school has been a culmination of four amazing years. I think about all of the relationships that I have been able to make, the two sports, golf and soccer, that I have been able to participate in, and my time in ASB. All of these things are very special to me and have made high school such an incredible experience that I am so thankful for.
