The Montesano School District is accepting referrals for the Highly Capable Program in all grades K-12.  Referral forms are available in the HS Office and are due by Friday, September 29th.   Any student, parent or faculty member can complete a student referral for this program.


Are you interested in American Sign Language?  Anyone in grades 9 - 12 not currently enrolled in an ASL class is invited to an information meeting today at 11:15AM in Ms. Mitchell’s room 203. (Current ASL students are also welcome to attend!)


All 7th and 8th graders interested in running for a JH ASB office should attend a meeting today at 1:35PM in Mrs. Martin’s room 207. 


Attention JH football players - please make sure you’re using your JH locker or PE locker for your football gear.  The stage is no longer an option for gear, so make sure it’s put away.  Thank you.


SOPHOMORES:  Class color t-shirts are on sale now.  Purchase from any of your class officers, cost is $15.  Deadline is Thursday 9/20.


Attention students:  Join the Astronomy Club today!   Dues are $10 and we will be having Pizza on Observation Nights.  Come get involved with this fun club!


Attention Junior class:  Class shirts will be going on sale today for a cost of $15 each.  Please see Elaina Diaz, Honour Iversen, Erica Alvarez, Abi Parkin, Anna Ayres or Kenny Cornwell.   We will get them before class color day during Homecoming Week.

Grays Harbor College Athletics is hosting a fun READ N’ RACE event on Saturday, September 22nd.  It’ll be a fun day, beginning with a youth walk to GHC library for stories, then a family fun run (1.5 miles) in addition to the Read N’ Run race (3.5 miles).  Registration begins at 7:30AM and you can pre-register at:  See the HS Office for more information about this fun community event!
