No experience is needed for most of the classes. A short break will be taken during the classes so please bring a brown bag lunch (or mid-day snack) for yourself. Creating, naming, saving and opening Word files will be covered. Some for-matting will be discussed. The first hour of class will be lecture and questions and the next part of class will be labs to get hands on experience. Stress relief and a deeper self awareness are poten-tial bonuses of this unique class. Comfortable clothing, pillow, and mat are recommended. Instructor’s fee: $15 per session or $50 for 4 ses-sions. Stretching, movement and exercise games to tapes and videos. Helps you maintain strength, flexibility and balance while you move and stretch, working at your own pace. Involves lots of laughing and fun. This class requires no special attire, just clothes and tennis shoes that are comfortable. It is very informal and if you can move at all…great! Montesano Community Education is a unique non-profit organization serving our community for 38 years. Programs are provided by volunteers who want to share their time and talents to provide lifelong learning for everyone.
