Read MoreAn annual information update must be completed for all students currently enrolled in the Montesano School District. The information update will be available Monday, August 12 through Friday, August 16, 2024. It is critical that you complete all the online forms during this timeframe.
To update your student's information, log in to Skyward Family Access and click on "Annual Student Information Update" to follow the steps. You will be able to see your child’s class placement in Skyward under "Schedule" once the information update is complete.
If you do not have access to a computer, you may access one at Timberland Regional Library or at the Beacon office by appointment. Skyward online forms may not display properly via the Skyward app. We recommend accessing Skyward through a web browser if you choose to do the update on a smartphone or mobile device. If you need Skyward assistance, please email beaconskyward@monteschools.org.
You may also contact the Beacon Elementary office at (360) 249-4528 when the office opens on August 19, 2024.

Families should check their emails for back to school information in August. Updates will also be posted on the Beacon website. Any new enrollment applications submitted over the summer will be processed when the office reopens in late August.

Read MoreOn Sunday, April 21, there will be a memorial service at Montesano Junior-Senior High School for Grays Harbor Sheriff’s Deputy Jason Gregory.
There will be a large police presence in addition to expected traffic congestion and road closures. Additionally, there will be military honors which means you may hear firearms discharged.

Students should not wear slippers. Students may not bring a pillow, stuffed animal, or blanket, unless otherwise indicated by their teacher.

Students are encouraged to wear nicer than normal school clothes or holiday attire to their performance. Students are to report to the Beacon multipurpose room on the evening of their concert.
